Do all my employees need to log in?
No. Only the admin needs to connect their Google Workspace account. We sync calendar data automatically via the API. Employees can optionally log in to see their own dashboards, but it's not required.
How do you calculate pricing?
We charge based on "Analyzed Seats"—the number of active employees whose calendars we are scanning for cost usage. You can have unlimited "Viewers" (people who just log in to see reports) for free.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We are SOC2 compliant (in progress) and use bank-grade encryption for all tokens. We only store metadata (time, duration, attendees) needed for cost analysis, never the content or attachments of your meetings.
